One-Year Limited Warranty

Warranty Coverage:

ThewaylinerUSA LLC guarantees that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one year from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the following:

1. Replacement of Broken Parts: If any part of the product is found to be broken or defective within the warranty period, ThewaylinerUSA LLC will replace the broken part at no cost to the customer.

2. Replacement of Lost Parts: If any part of the product is lost within the warranty period, ThewaylinerUSA LLC will provide a replacement part at no cost to the customer.

Conditions and Exclusions:

1. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable.

2. The warranty does not cover damages or malfunctions caused by:

o Misuse, abuse, or neglect.

o Unauthorized modifications or repairs.

o Accidents or natural disasters.

o Normal wear and tear.

3. To obtain warranty service, the customer must provide proof of purchase and contact ThewaylinerUSA LLC at ThewaylinerUSA@gmail.com

4. ThewaylinerUSA LLC reserves the right to inspect the product and determine the nature of the defect before issuing a replacement part.

5. Any replaced parts become the property of ThewaylinerUSA LLC

 

How to Make a Warranty Claim:

1. Contact ThewaylinerUSA LLC at ThewaylinerUSA@gmail.com to report the issue.

2. Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the problem.

3. Follow the instructions provided by ThewaylinerUSA LLC for returning the defective or broken part, if applicable.

4. ThewaylinerUSA LLC will process your claim and send the replacement part upon verification of the claim.
